Investment Options
Citizenship by Investment of Türkiye can be obtained by selecting one of the four investment options.
REAL ESTATE

The purchase of real estate property with a minimum value of USD 400,000 or equivalent.
CAPITAL INVESTMENT

Making a minimum fixed capital investment of USD 500,000 or equivalent foreign currency, as attested by the Ministry of Industry & Technology.
JOB CREATION

Depositing a minimum of USD 500,000 or equivalent foreign currency in banks operating in Türkiye.
BANK DEPOSIT
4
Depositing a minimum contribution of USD 500,000 or equivalent foreign currency in funds determined by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency.
Eligibility
HNI “high net-worth individuals” who meet any of the following criteria may be eligible for Turkish citizenship, subject to the decision of the President of the Republic of Türkiye.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
ONBOARDING
Our Investment Migration Advisors will have detailed discussions with you to understand your need, the budget and goals, they will discuss pros and cons of the proposed CBI “Citizenship by Investment” programs.
Our Advisors will propose a program that suits your investments and is aligned with your goals (i.e., Global Mobility, Tax Planning, Asset Protection, Plan B etc.) and share detailed action plan that is carefully designed as per your individual situation. This includes complete costing (i.e., consultation fees, government fees, due diligence cost, application/processing fees etc.)
INITIAL DUE DILIGENCE
We collect basic documents and perform initial Due Diligence check to eliminate the risk of failure. In case if we find any risk involved that causes application rejection, we offer a suitable alternative or decline to proceed further with your consent.
COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS
You sign the retainer, and our Investment Migration Advisors will assist you on obtaining the document(s) required as per concerned authority, dedicated staff will be assigned throughout the application process that will assist you on services (i.e., sourcing the property with higher returns, filling up the application form, legalizing/notarizing the documents etc.)
APPLICATION SUBMISSION
Complete application with legalized documents is submitted with the concern authority.
GOVERNMENT DECISSION
Upon clearance of the Due Diligence, the Government approves the application, and you are advised to proceed with required contribution or the investment as per selected investment route.
ISSUANCE OF PASSPORT
Upon funds transfer, the naturalization certificates and the passport(s) are issued.
Our services are not limited until you receive the required Citizenship and Passport, our after sales team remain in touch with you until your initial investment is returned depending on the investment route (i.e., Government approved real estate option, investment in Government approved bond etc.). We help you renew your second passport(s), assist you further in case of a lost passport or passport replacements in case if all pages have been used, and much more.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WILL I BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL TO TURKEY DURING THE PROCESS?
No, the applicant and their qualified dependents are not required to travel to in Türkiye during the application process. In addition to it principal applicant and or the dependents are also not required to take language proficiency or history test.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM CONTRIBUTION/INVESTMENT REQUIRED FOR THE CITIZENSHIP?
Türkiye does not have the option for contribution/donation and the lowest possible investment starts with the investment of USD 400,000 plus other related fees in real estate.
WHAT ARE THE CONTRIBUTION/INVESTMENT OPTIONS?
Presently, there are seven qualifying investments: -The purchase of real estate property with a minimum value of USD 400,000 or equivalent. -Making a minimum fixed capital investment of USD 500,000 or equivalent foreign currency, as attested by the Ministry of Industry and Technology. -Creating jobs for at least 50 people, as attested by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. -Depositing a minimum of USD 500,000 or equivalent foreign currency in banks operating in Türkiye. -Buying government bonds worth a minimum of USD 500,000 or equivalent foreign currency. -Buying real estate investment fund shares or venture capital investment fund shares worth a minimum of USD 500,000 or equivalent. -Depositing a minimum contribution of USD 500,000 or equivalent foreign currency in funds determined by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO OBTAIN CITIZENSHIP IN TÜRKİYE?
Normally it takes 3 to 6 months, however depending on each applicants own criteria the processing time may vary.
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF A TURKISH PASSPORT?
The passport will be valid for a period of 10 years and will be considered for renewal. Passport holders are entitled to visit visa-free to over 110 countries and jurisdiction that includes Singapore, Japan, Qatar, South Korea and more. Turkish citizens may reside in United States through the US E2 treaty that allows citizens from signatory countries including Türkiye to reside in the US.
WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA?
Principle applicant must be over 18 years of age or more, no criminal record or prosecution, can prove the source of funds are earned through legitimate source, is in good health, principal applicant can also include spouse, financial dependent children under the age of 18 years, Türkiye does not includes parents and siblings of principle applicant or spouse even if they are financially dependent on principle applicant.
ARE THERE ANY NATIONALITIES RESTRICTED FROM APPLYING THE CITIZENSHIP?
Türkiye does not explicitly restrict citizens of any nationality. However, as per current geopolitical situation citizens of Armenia, Cuba, Nigeria, and North Korea cannot apply for Turkish Citizenship by Investment program, (Syrians may not be qualified for property investments).
