INITIAL CONSULTATION

ONBOARDING

COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS

APPLICATION SUBMISSION
Complete application with legalized documents is submitted with the concern CIU “Citizenship by Investment Unit” along Due Diligence fees.
GOVERNMENT DECISSION
Upon clearance of the Due Diligence, the Government approves the application, and you are advised to proceed with required contribution or the investment as per selected investment route.
ISSUANCE OF PASSPORT
Upon funds transfer, the naturalization certificates and the passport(s) are issued.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO OBTAIN CITIZENSHIP IN COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA?
Normally it takes 3 to 6 months, however depending on each applicants own criteria the processing time may vary.
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA PASSPORT?
The passport will be valid for a period of 10 years (05 years for dependent kids below 16 years of age) and will be considered for renewal. Passport holders are entitled to visit visa-free to over 135 countries and jurisdiction that includes Hong Kong, Singapore. and the Schengen Area.
WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA?
Principle applicant must be over 18 years of age or more, no criminal record or prosecution, can prove the source of funds are earned through legitimate source, is in good health, principal applicant can also include spouse, financial dependent children under the age of 30 years, parents of principle applicant or spouse financially dependent on principle applicant, siblings can also be included provided they are unmarried and financially dependent on principle applicant.
ARE THERE ANY NATIONALITIES RESTRICTED FROM APPLYING THE CITIZENSHIP?
Commonwealth of Dominica does not explicitly restrict citizens of any nationality. However, as per current geopolitical situation citizens of Belarus, Iraq, and North Korea cannot apply for Commonwealth of Dominica Citizenship by Investment program.
